The Property Management Services Division specializes in professional assistance through dedicated individuals who help owners meet the challenges of property management efficiently and effectively. The staff handles everything from collecting rent to maintenance and tenant relations, allowing owners peace of mind in knowing their investment is being managed by credible property management professionals.

• 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday

• 24 hour cell phone availability for after hours emergencies

Tenant Relations

• Provide keys and show properties for prospective tenant

• Accept tenant applications

• Approve or deny applications

• Obtain co-signer information

• Prepare leases

• Collect security deposits and pet fees

• Conduct move-in inspection with tenant

• Sign lease with tenant

• Conduct move out inspections

• Handle tenant complaints

• Evictions

• Lease renewals

Maintenance

• Assure available units are clean and repaired completely for new tenants

• Execute maintenance requests from current tenants

Accounting

• Collect rents, deposit and disperse funds to property owner
