Teresa’s has restaurants in three states, two in Georgia, one in South Carolina, and four in Minnesota. Felipe Mata, the owner of Teresa’s Mexican Restaurant, is originally from the small town of San José de la Paz in the Mexican state of Jalisco and he named his restaurant after his wife Teresa.
